Hello from Taipei!

Ni Hao Everyone!!

I am writing from Taiwan. Today is my first day. I'm tired. I'm going to write a few random things.

-We have a cool bathroom.
-I was wrong about my host mother worries. She's so nice and speaks great English.
-The other exchange students are fine; I really like a few of them.
-We have a live-in maid.
-I have taken pictures and videos which I will post soon.

Stay with me guys!

I have to write about my last rotary meeting in USA.
I have to write about the plane ride.
I have to write about my room.
I have to write about my first night and day.

Well, I'm alive. I'm happy.

Michelle

As a note, leaving David at the airport was horrible. He was so good to me and did everything to help me, but it was such a sad thing. After landing in Taiwan though, I have found new strenth.

I hope to talk to you all soon.

  2. Hi Michelle! I'm really happy your host family us so nice!

I'm really glad that you updated your blog upon arriving in Taiwan. I look forward to seeing pictures and hearing all about your day to day activities. Please also describe the food and your meals in details as they sound so good from what you already told me. When do you start school?
We all miss you and send our love to you. Lucky is fine too so don't worry about him. Matthew and I are reading your blog together. We all looked through your picture albums today. I love you and will talk to you soon.

    Love, Mom

  3. i'm glad your homestay mother worries are FINALLY over :D it seems like it was a lot of unneeded stress especially on your part. and if she does get bad at least you have a maid to talk to ;D

what I want to know is about the food! i'm just taking a random guess that their food is not like that of the american chinese knockoff, so def talk about what ur eating, especially if its what you expected/not what you expected.

and you NEED to post pictures soon because i need to be able to see the faces of the people you will be spending the next year with. remember if you get the chance to call.
